I believe that both John and Abigail were born at Dover, Strafford, NH. Betsey Drew and Joshua Ricker were married a Berwick, York, ME. Betsy and Joshua died at Bath, NH. John Drew's mother, Elizabeth Hopley, was born in Portsmouth, NH. Joshua Ricker's parents were born at Dover and died at Berwick. These locations are all pretty close together, with the possible exception of Bath, NH.
