Hi Ken,
This is what I have on Lydia. She was the daughter of Thomas and Mary Bunker. Her sister Marie Anne was also captured and I have included her info also. I guess SHE remained in Canada while it appears Lydia came back to NH, married and had children by Mathews.

LYDIA                     ADF       Cantebury, NH
              b.       12- -1697-BUNKER, Durham, NH, ALSO; 10-1697, (Spring of 1696, by Priest's record)
              d.
              m.       11-28-1720, Newington, NH, FRANCIS M. MATTHEWS, son of Capt. FRANCIS MATHEWS and RUTH (BENNETT) MATHEWS. They both were from Oyster River, NH.
Children:       Ruth (MATHEWS) SIAS, Gershom MATHEWS, Benjamin MATHEWS, Gideon MATHEWS. See History of Cantebury, NY-Lyford
She was taken captive, 05-22-1707, a.10y (List 96)

MARIE ANNE       ADC       Captured by the Indians. Stayed in Canada
              b.               1690 8&9
              d.                     , in Canada

Indian raids continued on the settlers and on 05-22-1707, the little 13 year old girl was captured by the indians while playing with a friend in or near the Bunker Garrison. After many years, it was learned that seh had been taken to Canada, had been baptized (09-20-1709) there and had become a naturalized citizen of Canada in 06-1713. (B-001)
