I too am interested in the twin Frank.
Seeems our Robert DREW below might connect.
Robert Drew was born 29 March 1807 in NJ, and died 6 July 1879 in Darke County, OH. He married Lydia Bliss 21 January 1830 in Warren Co., OH, daughter of Nathaniel Bliss and Hannah Williams. She was born 5 February 1808 in PA, and died 26 December 1893 in Darke County, OH.
