I need some help with ADAM the son of Charles and Mary (Borougliker,possibly Burkholder)Dressler/Tressler of Rockingham County, VA and then Bath and Alleghany County, VA.
I believe he was never married, but DO NOT have a birth or death date. I just found this document loose in a Memorandum Book at Alleghany County Courthouse.
Peter Dressler in his own right and as adm. of ADAM DRESSLER, dec'd, Charles Dressler, Absalom Dressler, Henry Dressler, John Dressler, Sarah Dressler, George W. Dressler and Fanny his wife, Elizabeth Richardson, Polly Richardson, Wm H. Richardson, Charles Richardson, Thomas Richardson, Jr. Julia Richardson and Isaac Hart and Sarah his wife VS. Elizabeth Tresler, Malinda Tressler, Martha Tate, James Oliver, Amanda Oliver, Charles Oliver, Fanny Oliver, Peter Oliver, Absalom Oliver, Phelps Oliver, Andrew Oliver, George Oliver, Polly Oliver and the heirs of Peter Grass and Mary his wife, whose names and number are unknown.
Spa Chy December Rules County Court Order Publication as to all defendants.

The above names were all children (or grandchildren if the child had died) of Charles and Mary Dressler. Since the where abouts of Peter and Mary (Tressler) Grass is unknown, they might have settled with Adam.
I have no record of Adam Dressler and would like to find something about him. Since he died between 1862/1847 and may have died in New York, I am hoping that someone has a record of his death. I
