This was Clarence Ira Dreisbach, who lived in Allentown PA and died in April of 2001. You can read about him at the following URL:

I bought one of his paintings on eBay this year (he was very prolific) and enjoy it very much. However it would cost more to replace the frame than what I paid for it, so I don't think your paintings will fetch an extremely high price. I bought this one because I am a cousin and because it's pleasant.
