Are DeVilbiss and Dreibelbiss the same?

The Debelbiss (Devilbiss) family came in 1731 and transited Lebanon and Lancaster Counties, PA before settling near Hagerstown, MD. A granddaughter married a Doerr. Father was Sebastian Doerr who came in 1728 and hailed from Ilbesheim, Germany. Were DeVilbisses originally from Switzerland, lived temporarily in Baden-Baden, Germany, and then in Pennsylvania and Maryland?

Dreibelbiss family came in 1732 and settled Berks Co., PA. There were Doerrs on this ship. Dreibelbisses were from Switzerland very near the German border.
