I am also reseaching Drayton and My Great-Great Grandfather is William Andrew Drayton.
Settled in Dakota territories eventually dying in Selby SD in 1910 and his son Thomas John Drayton moved on to Montana eventually dying in Polson in 1939.

Willaim was also the first Drayton of my family to come from England to US. Could they be the same person??
