Who are you trying to show is a cousin of Charles Stark Draper? If a Draper descendant, he has to be a grandson of Mosby Draper and Narcissa Ann Enlow and either a Draper, Wingfield, Lyle, Grinstead, or Williams. This is my Draper family, and I have information about most of its members over several generations.

If not a Draper descendant, he would have to be a grandson of Washington Stark and Martha Whitledge, Martha (Stark) Draper's parents.

This is correct if you mean a first cousin of Stark Draper. If a second cousin, as my mother was, or further removed, the cousin list grows and grows.
