I have Drury & Drain's in ILL but don't know where.& I need some help please,
GEORGE M. DRURY was born October 1857 in Illinous.1900 census of KS shows maybe his mother living with them in the Anna Hoyt age 65 yrs in 1900 KS census b; 3/1832 in New York & occupation a Physician I believe because of being a Dr. she either kept her maiden name or remarried.
He married,
ELIZABETH E. DRAIN. She was born August 1863 in Illinous. both parents born in Ireland.
John S. Drain, Brother born 1861 in Ill age 59 in 1920 census of KS
George M. 10/1857 ILL, & Elizabeth E. [Drain] Drury in the 1900 census
of Rice Co.,Wilson Twp. KS, with 6 children children; born in KS
Mabel age 14, 2/1886 KS
John S. age 11, 7/1888 KS
Robert [Hubert]? age 9., 2/1891 Nebraska;
Jennie age 6, 3/1894 KS
Ella age 3.6/1896 KS
Paul Drury age 1 yr. 9/1898 KS
1920 George has died & son John age 31, "M" is the head of the house with his mother, sister Ella age 23 Paul age 21, Maude E. age 17 [younger sister before father died?]
no wife listed? & brother to Elizabeth
