Anthony Draine/Drayne/Drane was born about 1666 in Prince George's Co., MD, died 2 MAR 1723. He is my 6th great grandfather. There is an interesting story here. From the information you found,Anthony gave ('LEASED') 9 acres, part of a tract called 'Something' for RENT of 'one sound ear of Indian corn at time of 'Nativity' to Richard PILE.
In PG Co.court records, I found that on March ___, 1706/07 Anthony DRAYNE and Elizabeth DREINE (sic?), his wife, signed a deposition at the trial of Rd. (Richard?) PILE for barbarous treatment of servant Henry GLOVER. dds
