Thanks for the reply.I guess we are fortunate to even be able to trace back to over 200 years ago but, still, it is frustrating.
Just out of curiosity, I think I gave you my ancestry back to James and Ruanna and I was wondering where the Drains to which you are connected descend down the line from them. (I hope that makes sense to you.)In other words, how do the present Drains you are associated with go back to James and Ruanna - or where does my line of Drains and your split, or converge, whichever way you would look at it?

P.S.By the way, did you have any thoughts (or info)on the Dranes I mentioned coming from England on The Ark and The Dove?That line seems to trace all the way back to the 1500s, which would be quite a coup if we could connect the two lines.
