I am researching my brother-in-law's family. One line goes back to Fannie F Dowswell, born 1853 in Canada and married to Harry (Henry) Thomson. Her father was Ambrose Dowswell (born 8-3-1814) in England married to Elizabeth L Cooper, born in Scotland. Ambrose was the son of Thomas and Amelia (Helps) Dowswell. If you can supply any information on the wives of each, namely: Amelia Helps, Elizabeth Cooper and the husband of Fannie: Harry Thomson, please let me know.
