My GGG Grandfather's name was James Downey. James came to Wabash Indiana @ about same time as Robert went to Oklahoma. James spent the rest of his life in Wabash with the exception of about two years when he went to OK to stay with family (We don't know who, why or where) before returning. James was a son of John Downey and Mary Good, which is MY dead end. Don't know if any connection. Let me know if it fits at all.
