I have done no research on James Downey born 1721 Bucks County,PA, other than to list him as a child of James Downey born Ireland who married Hannah Ellet. Apparently someone knows (or thinks) that there was a son James who married Rachel Baker before 1771. According to the information in Family Search, both James and Rachel were born in Litchfield,CT. However, I feel sure that you have seen this.
