Looking for anyone who has information on Civil War veteran, Henry Taylor Dowling.
I have a fair bit of information, as he was my great uncle, but I am especially interested in procuring film footage of "Gen." Dowling. He served as National Commander of the United Confederate Veterans during the '40's, prior to his death.
Does anyone have access to Confederate veterans reunion footage?
