Hi,
I descend from both these Phillip Dowell's
Phillip Sr.'s father is Nicholas Dowell who
died 1705 Bohemia Manor, Cecil Co., MD.
His will was probated in England. His
wife's first name is Elizabeth ____. Don't
know her maiden name.

Phillip Dowell Jr. had son John who
married Charity Brooks (my lines)
