Hi! No, your dad Cecil is distant kin , he is not my grandpa, my Grandpa Cecil has been dead since 1972. His son Iveory Lee Dowell is my Dad. My Grandpa Cecil had 5 sons,they were Thomas Earl, Harold, Lewis, Iveory Lee and Ralph. Its great to have so many relatives out there! I love history too!
