DOWELL (and Bratcher) of Kentucky, Illinois, and Missouri

Nicholas J. DOWELL was born in Kentucky, 1812; married Susannah Bruner. One of their children was Melissa Jane DOWELL, born 1835; married Meridith Bratcher, born in Kentucky, about 1836. Their children included: 1. Martha Bratcher, born in Illinois, about 1857. 2. Nicholas William Bratcher, born in Illinois, about 1859. 3. Simeon Hathaway Bratcher, born in Missouri, about 1864. 4. Susannah Bratcher, born in Missouri, about 1866. 5. Henry Rynard Bratcher, born in Missouri, about 1870. In 1850 Melissa Jane was with her parents in Knox County, Illinois; in 1870 the Bratchers were in Gentry County, Missouri; and in 1880 they were in Nodaway County, Missouri. I cannot find them after that. Are there descendants?
