Thanks for your reply, Lynda. I have lots of information on my Otey/Otay; I'm just trying to find his descendants. I read that you are working on a Board book. I can tell you that after years of tracking down Otey's wife, I was able to determine that she was a "Beard" and not a "Board." I know that there is a marriage record which states "Board." Eliza was the daughter of Robert Beard/Baird (Baird in VA; Beard in KY) and Sarah Jarette.
