Hi Betty,
Charity Dowell is the granddaughter of Richard Tydings but there is debate about the sir name of Charity's maternal grandmother and little of no proof that I have seen. The Sparrow name comes up in this speculation as does Adams. I have tried to track all the known Sparrows and I cannot account for one that would seem to match up as Richard's wife but stranger things have been successfully proved.
