Hi Danny,
My grandfather was Thomas. He married Katie Estella Peeler in New Madrid, Mo., Their daughter Anthonia Bell was my mother. I would love to have your information, I know that thier father was Joseph William Dowdy b.1861 his wife was Sally (Sarah) Nell Pace. I have some census info on Joseph and Sally in Grave Co. Kentucky until 1900 and then they moved to New Madrid, Co. Mo. But have nothing on Joseph or Sally's parents. There are a couple more cousins researching this line, grandkids of Zona and Katie Ann.
I spent some time in Missouri last summer looking for Joseph and Sally's Graves, I found the cemetery for Sally but no headstone, we thought Joseph was buried somewhere near Canalou, Mo. but found nothing. One of the other cousins has his death certificate, but it does not list his parents. I also thought your Greatgrandfather Orbra was buried in Sikeston, Mo. but couldn't find him. I am looking forward to hearing from you! I live in Franktown, Colorado. Where are you?

I can fill in some of the gaps above. If you would like please e-mail me directly at jdgde@uswest.net

Your Cousin!,
Denise
