My grandpa Charlie died in Pocahontas,Ark, his wife was Bessie, they had four daughters that were living, Gladys, Elizabeth, Lucille, And Ethel. His father was George Washington Dowdy, wife was either Rena or Lena Woolford..George was born in Stoddard County, Mo, while Rena was born in Ky...His parents were James M. Dowdy, wife was Elizabeth? This is as far as i can remember, my grandma telling me when i was little, she diedwhen i was very young...Thanks for any help...
