I've seen several copies of the "Book of Dow" available through Tuttle Antiquarian Books located in Vermont. They have a web site with their catalog on line.

I have a copy of the book as well, but it is a bear to use with the ridiculous "lettering system" they used to track people. I don't know about the rest of your, but it take me forever to find people in it......Just my point of view.
