Thank you, Florence, for the information on Mary Dow Breed. I was surprised however to see the 1835 birth date - a full 9 years after the 1826 date given in information written up by her youngest daughter, Emma Cushing Starr,(b. 10, Sept. 1867), shortly before her (Emma's) death. I am assuming that this is the Mary Dow Breed that was married to Frank Cushing, b. Providence, RI, 16 Aug., 1819. The information that I have also mentioned that Mary spent her early childhood in Maine. Does this additional information still ring true? And of course I am interested in any additional information
on the ancestral line that you may have.
