Hi Alex, Do you have vital records or anything to support Dows in MA that early? To the best of my knowledge, the first record of Thomas was as a grantee of Newbury in 1639. At that time he had a wife and one child, I have never seen any verified information to the contrary, and would be interested in such records. I doubt the accuracy of these FamilySearch records since Thomas was only about 39 when he died 31 May 1654. That makes him about 11 in 1626 - a bit young to be a father.
