Thanks for the quick reply. I forgot to ask you if you could name his wife, their children and who they married.

Do NOT carry down the descendancy into the land of the living -- but.... do you have the name of his wife?

How about any of his children and their spouses?

And, do you know ANY locations, other than VA?

I'm currently trying to organize all the info I've found online about "my" Elmore DOUGLASS, Jr. and Elmore DOUGLASS, Sr., son of Edward DOUGLASS, presumably The Original Immigrant for my line -- so I'm currently reading scads of webpages I've collected over the last almost year and a half.

So I'll keep my eye out for anybody named Jacob -- do you, by chance know what his middle initial, "D" stands for?
