Could you please share where you found the information about Bridgett Doughty's death? We other Doughty researchers would love to know where to find it! Her maiden name, was not Stone. Francis's 2nd wife, Ann Graves Cotton Eaton, was the sister of Wm Stone, Gov. of MAryland's wife.. Gov Stone referred to Francis as his brother-in-law because their wives were sisters, not because Francis's 1st wife was the Gov's sister.
