A close friend was adopted at Allison Park, Pa. in 1925 from the Zoar Home. Her birth name was Hope Marie Doughty. Some spellings on other paperwork is a bit different, ie. Dougherty & Daugherty. I have the birth mother's name and the ?name? of the father, but am unsure if it's proper to post that. My friend is fairly certain that her birth mother has passed, but she would still like to know some of her 'family' background.
