I think you'll find that genealogists don't 'give out' information on living people, to strangers. There is absolutely no way to know who the person is, who is inquiring, or what they really want of the person....it is simply not safe to pass out this sort of information on people who are alive. You'd do better to ask that if anyone knows this person, to please tell him you are seeking him....and, give him your contact information. That would be the safe way to handle it. However, this forum is not designed for hunting down lost friends and family, but tracing your own ancestry.
