An Edward Dougherty signed for my great grandmother, Margaret Kearney Mangan,(Margaret was underage) when she wed Martin Joseph Mangan, in Pittston, Pa. (Luzerne County). This took place in 1887, at St. John the Evangelist RC Church, in Pittston, Pa. Margaret's older sister's name was Mary Kearney. Their parents were Thomas and Johanna Kearney from Cussewago, Pa. (Crawford County)

Is there a possible connection?
