DOUGHERTY abt 1860 Ireland>KS

Searching for 5 DOUGHERTY/DAUGHERTY/DOHERTY brothers and 1 sister from Roscommon, Ireland. We believe that Thomas, b. abt 1827-1833; and his sister, Anna, b. abt 1830, came to the United States first. They were recorded on the 1860 census in Aubry, Johnson Co, Kansas. Anna married William Jacob SCHWARTZ, a German Catholic and began a dynasty.

The other brothers (all born in Roscommon) came later about 1860/1865. They were: John, b. 1835; Michael, b. 1841; Martin, b. 1820; as well as Edward, b. 1820 and his wife, Katherine, and their children Patrick, Edward, John, Mary, and Ann.

Can anyone help with this family?
