Hi,

My name is Fawn Isabella Doucette, I was born December 30, 1970 in Chicago Il. at Cook county hospital. My mothers name is Sylvia. I was just wondering if anyone knows of or has information about my father Gerald/Gerry/Gerard/Jerry Doucette. (not sure about his 1st name spelling, sorry)
I really don't know much about my birth father or have an original birth certificate, so I don't know how old he is. I know this is a long shot.
