Dear Carol, Elias Doty was the son of Charles Doty & Sarah Baker and was B: ca 1770 & he D: 3-24-1842 Æ 73, he had 3 children by his first wife Freelove Vail and 8 children by his second wife Hannah Morse. I can give you all the info on the Doty family back to the " Mayflower " and forward to Elias's g-grandchildren and maybe beyond that, ( I haven't looked yet ) but if you need any info or if you want me to photo copy the pages that pertain to Elias Doty send me an e-mail and let me know what you want. I have no info on the Vail family, Freelove and her father-in-law died the same day. this info comes from the Doty book that I have got.
