I'm looking for confirmation that the Eliza Justice, born around 1817 in Tennessee(according to census), married Allen Gearhart in 1839, was the daughter of Hannah Doty and Jonathan Justice. I find Eliza on the 1860 census for Floyd Co. Ky., living right next door to Allinson Justice who has been documented as being son of Hannah and Jonathan. I'm trying to determine that the Eliza Gayhart that died in 1913 in Boyd County Ky. is the same Eliza Justice. On the death certificate, the only information given was that her father's last name was "Justus", and that she was 103 years old. That would put her being born around 1810, but who's counting.
