Anthony Doty PA and wives?

Anthony DOTY, son of Anthony DOTY/Mary HEDLEY, was b. c1809,d. bef. 1860, and married c1833, for sure, Rachel WADE (I have her death certificate, b. c1813, d. 21 May 1891 in Cincinnati, OH; both of them had lived in Newport, KY). Another source has his marrying Catherine VIRGIN, b. 1805, married c1830. All persons were probable born in Greene Co., PA. Did Anthony have two wives? Any verification on the first one, Catherine? Any other information on this family, other than the Doty Book? I have information on the Anthony/Rachel family; Rachel is my great, great grandmother. Will gladly share.
