I read the book by Helen Doss, the "Family that no one wanted" about a preacher and his wife in the 40's-50's who adopted 12 children of many mixed races. The adopted father was the Reverend Carol Doss. The three oldest children are Donnie, Laura and Susan Doss. I would love to know what happened to them. This famiy was featured in Life magazine in the 1950s. Any info would be welcome!
