Looking for Jimmy&Ginny Doss from TN

I am looking for 2 first cousins. Jimmy and sister Virginia (Ginny)Doss from Johnson City TN area. Fathers name is Melvin Doss from Appomattox Cty. Va. and their mother was a St. Clair before she was married. I have never met these cousins but they have on living uncle who is 78 years old and not in good health. He wants desperately to contact these people. Any help would be appreciated.
