Looking to share information on the Thomas DOSS family, found on the 1850 Lincoln Co., KY census. Thomas DOSS was born c1794 VA, and his wife Frances _________ was born 1793 VA. Seeking more data on their children, especially John Milton DOSS b. July 1829 (Civil War Vet), born in Grainger Co., TN, who married 2 WARFORD sisters. My ancestor was Mary Elizabeth WARFORD b. 28 Aug 1837 KY to Robert and Frances (Blake) WARFORD. She married John Milton Doss in Lincoln Co., KY on 04 Feb. 1849. Their son Thomas DOSS was born 04 Nov. 1854 in Lincoln Co., KY. He married (2) Berscilla (Bertha) MURRY, dau. of John M. MURRY and Nancy A. LEE of Benton Co., AR. Thomas and Bertha's first daughter, Eula Beatrice DOSS b. 09 July 1905 in Alma, Crawford Co., AR is my ancestor. She married U. G. Mauldin, son of Benjamin Franklin Mauldin and his wife Rosetta GORDON who married in Gainsville, Cooke Co., TX 07 Nov. 1899.
