I have a copy of the Overton County Census for George Peterman. It is as follows: 1820 shows George Peterman with 1 male 0-5, 1 male 10-15, 2 males 15-20, 2 or 3 males 30-40, 1 male 50-60, 1 male 60-70. The females are unreadable. There is also a Jacob and a William Peterman, both are George's sons from Georgia. I won't list their numbers at this time.1830 shows George Peterman with 1 male 0-5, 1 male 10-15, 1 male 20-30, 1 male 80-90, 2 females 5-10, 1 female 10-15, 1 female 30-40. There is also Jacob and William. 1840 Jacob, William, and Elizabeth Peterman. She has 1 male 5-10, 1 male 10-15, 1 female 40-50. If George was 80-90 in 1830 and had a child 0-5, he could very well have had a child when he was 90 and died in 1836(As he was not found on the 1840 census. I drove 200 miles to get these records, so somebody please figure it all out and post it.
