T.J. (Tom) was my great, great grandfather. He is buried at New Zion as well as his brother William. John H. is not buried at New Zion. He was killed at the Battle of Powder Springs near Marietta, Ga. We, the Giles County Chapter #257, United Daughters of the Confederacy put the marker up for T.J. and also In Memory of John H. We are put the Iron Cross for T.J. Their other brother James M. is buried in Dyersburg.

Would you have any information on Ruben James or Jackson Doss? He was born abt. 1820.

Thanks,
Cathy Wood
