Hello Paul,

yes my family was from the York Pa area. my ggg grandfather was Johann michael Dosch, who came over to the USA in 1754 from Baden germany. His son was Andreas Dosch. I know that Andreas lived in Baltimore, when he moved there, or if his father moved there first, and he was born in maryland, i do not know, but i do know that Andreas was in the 1st Maryland Calvary, and lived and owned a pub on Clinton street in baltimore. DOB-sometime in 1835 and died in October, 28th 1907. Andreas had a son George, who then had a son William, who then had a son also named william, who in fact is my father. I know that there was a Michael Dosch on the passenger list that Johann Dosch was on, so I'am thinking they had to be related. Any info you have, i would love to hear about and maybe we can compare notes. Who knows, I think that we are related. I'd loved to find out! Contact me please.

Thanks,
Tina
