So glad to hear from you.Were they grand parents of yours?Do you have a list of there children, did they stay in MS? Margaret was the oldest in her family and my great grandfather was right under her.Would love to share information with you.Have traveled to Banner MS a number of times to do research.The only problem I saw with what you sent me was that she was born 12/27/1848 & my great G. was born 2/12/1849 so the wedding date can't be.Her parents James Leggitt and Matilida McCoy were married 12/2/1841, I have the official papers from Jackson MS for them. (all Yalobusha records were sent to Jackson when the Co., line changed)I think all the records of marriages in Yalobusha were distroyed in a fire.Also Banner by the time they were married was in Calhoun, unless they went over the Co., line to get married.I'm excited to share with you.By for now [email protected]
