Dorman and Sheldon Families

I'm wondering if John Sheldon Dorman was the child of Sarah Sheldon, daughter of John Sheldon, who married a Dorman. I haven't yet figured out the name of Sarah's husband, but she is mentioned as Sarah Dorman in the will of her mother Mary Sheldon [Worcester Co. MD Wills 1, 1767-1768, liber 36 f 392, dated 2 FEB 1767 prov. 9 FEB 1768].
