Hi Dale! I have found out that Andrew Jackson Dorman's father was Ebenezer Mitchell Dorman. Ebenezer lived Spartanburg around 1850-1860, then he disappears. I have found out that he moved to New Albany, MS by 1880 with most of his children, except for Andrew and his family, who stayed in SC. According to the early SC census, Ebenezer came from NC. I think from the Madison Co area, but not sure. My aunt has found some land records in Madison Co, NC for an Ebenezer Dorman Jr and Sr. ???

Ebenezer is buried in Gerzium Cemetary, Union Co, MS
b. nov 16, 1821
d. Dec 04, 1892

It looks very likely that Felix, Jefferson and Ebenezer could have brothers or cousins.

Hope this helps, I havent been able to do any good research latey
