Robert,

I was wondering if you might be able
to e-mail me the name of the ship(s) that your family took from the east coast to Ga.? I keep finding family in both places (it's driving me nuts!) About the time I think they are from the east coast, then I find something that makes me think they are from the south! I saw where you also had someone that you were looking for from Abbyville, SC.
I am searching the TRAVIS surname, and I know that there were TRAVIS family in that area also.

MY TRAVIS line wound up in Jefferson Co, TN. eventually, but I can not find them before 1820. May be the fact that they took this ship from East to South? Any help appreciated! PLease e-mail me directly as I do not get to this forum often.
Many thanks! Debbie
