Does anyone have any information on William Dorris, supposed to be born in County Downs, Ireland, in about 1715 and died in 1795 in Orange County, N.C.? He was to have married a Mary Roake or Mary Williams about 1936. They supposedly had 11 children and were living in N.J. in about 1750 to 1770. Can anyone tell me the ship he came over on and anything else about him after he arrived in America?
