Doris of Nan., PA and Wiles Barre, PA. There was a John Doris from Nani., PA who died 'around' 1948. I believe he came from a large family. He had a son, John - born 1920 died 2007. This family lived in Wiles Barre but John born (1920) did live in Nanitocke as a child.
John (born 1920) does have a son named John (born about 1950) who is a catholic priest in Dunmore, PA - Rev. John Doris. This just might be the family you are looking for and if you would write to Rev. Doris @ St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Church in Dunmore, PA - he might have information you are seeking.
