I'm looking for information about Mathew Doris (b. 1800, Newtownforbes, Ireland, d. 31 Mar 1892 Butler Township, Branch, Michigan) and Ann McGuire (b. abt 1818, Ireland, d. 3 Mar 1887, Butler Township, Branch County, Michigan). According to lore, he was an RC priest that left the church. They married abt 1837, Orleans County, New York.

Their children were Anne (b. 24 Nov 1838, Onandaga County, NY, d. abt 1845, NY); Dennis (b. 8 Nov 1841, Hanibal, Oswego County, NY, d. 12 Jan 1935 Dighton, Lane County, Kansas); Mary Ann (b. 27 May 1843, Hannibal, NY, d. 22 Dec 1919 Butler, MI); James (b. 10 Feb 1845 Hannibal, NY, d.18 Nov 1928 Coldwater, MI); Mathew M. (b. 11 Oct 1848 Hannibal, NY, d. 16 May 1932 Coldwater, MI).
