My name is Terrence Anderson, a great-great-great-grandson of Mary Doris of Co. Longford, Ireland. She lived between 1774 (or so) and died 4 March 1858. She married Terence Tully in or around Ballinamuck, Co. Longford, around 1790-1800. I would be interested in any family history you may have about the Dorises. Mary's father was Daniel Doris.
There is another strain of Dorises who married back into the Tully family around 50 years ago. The name of this Doris is James Patrick Doris, and his father's name was Patrick Doris. Both are from NYC area.
Any information you may have on either of these families would be appreciated.
