First I need to correct what I said about my husbands relationship...Christine(BOUC)TARDIFF was his gr-grandmother.Not gr-gr.I have a transcription of Christine&Pierre TARDIFF(marr.)in the Soo.They were not marr. in Terrebonne. But, I have a copy of the original marr.for Ch-Guillaume BOUC and Elizabith/Isabelle DORE who 'were' married in Terrebonne. Will be happy to send a copy on to you at your request. I have done quite a bit of research in Quebec(and Ontario on my and my hus.families)and some Metis research since I have worked on his family.... About Elizabeth/Isabell DORE(name)Dr.Edwards, who I have had do a good deal of research for me in Que.told me because E/I was metis....the priest gave her a christian/baptismal name.On Ch/E marr. she is listed a sauvagesse. The closest thing to a census I have for Ch/E BOUC is the list of their children at the time they were married in Terrebonne and the birth of 2 children after Ch/E were marr. I would be interested in how far back you have the BOUC lineage, you can contact me thru my email,I believe this may get lengthy. Christine 'was'Chippewa-Metis.I stand corrected on the Cree..that was on the(TARDIFF) side of my hus. family. Was Zoe marr more than once? Notify Administrator about this message?
